La Joya Studio, an intown jewel near everything

La Joya is an unexpected jewel in the center of town. Close to art and culture, groceries, banking, restaurants, and the beach. Views of the ocean & sunset from the roof deck. This jewel is good for couples or solo adventurers. This nicely furnished first floor studio has a well equipped kitchen, a king size bed, beach gear and coolers and access to a shared washing machine. There is a second floor 2 bedroom apartment which can be rented together or separately to accommodate larger groups.

Come visit the Beautiful island of Vieques. Great location in the center of town and minutes from the beautiful beaches. Close to the ferry, restaurants, Shopping and Grocery Stores! Private roof terrace with great views of the ocean and the city. Very safe location with private gated entrance. Free wi-fi for all guests and dish network connected TV's. Central air conditioning in the complete apartment and separate air conditioning in both rooms. Washer and Dryer in the Apartment.

It is simply the best buy for your money. I truly do not think there is a better option for this price...I personally take care of the property, it is always well groomed, there is an acre of land, All units have a private tub (now converted into solar heated-dipping pool), air conditioner in each room, king size beds,many more amenities. Beach towels,chairs & cooler provided, Check it out, sorry no pets. Registered with PR Tourism Co. Need space for additional child, ask me.

Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.
