Waterfront vacation rentals in Esperanza

Amazing view! The neighbors or at least the locals were all so friendly! We had a later flight coming in and ended up doing things before heading that way and he was very understanding. The neighborhood itself was quiet and in a very good area.

We had an excellent stay! The location is close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The apartment was clean and smelled amazing! The view was beautiful. Aydil and Yadil thought of everything one would need to stay there: coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, tent, first aid kit, blow dryer were all in the apartment! It was very safe. The living room did not have AC but we were rarely there so it didn’t bother us. They do have two ceiling fans and which worked well. Both bedrooms have ACs and they work VERY WELL! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had such an amazing stay. The space was very clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. The views from the terrace were beautiful; it was a treat to look out over the water in the morning and stargaze at night. The vaulted ceilings really made the space feel huge. Great location, everything in town is very walkable. The provided beach chairs and boogie board were an appreciated added bonus too. I could go on and on about how great this spot is... highly recommend staying here 10/10!

Great apartment with an amazing view! We had a great time in Fajardo. Our host Lany was arranging since we stayed during a power outage and she refunded us the one night without power. Merci Lany.

Carmen was an amazing host! Loved everything she had to offer at her beautiful home. She was nice enough to leave out a list of food places as well as the WiFi code and instructions. The beach and view was a winner ! The home itself was beautiful! Well put together and clean! She was always quick to respond to my messages. She was also quick to change out gate beeper once we said it was dead. I would definitely recommend her place to stay to my friends and family ! One of the nicest and best host I’ve came across!

Million dollar view! This is our second time renting this unit and third time with this host, PR Ocean View. The unit was clean and had all the basics we needed before hitting the Pueblo supermarket nearby. We had a small issue with one of the three baths that the host would not necessarily know if a guest had not reported it. The host immediately arranged for it to be taken care of! We love the area and having access to the nice pools and one restaurant, Vinos y Tapas. We also love the proximity to all the Fajardo restaurants and activities. We hope to return again soon!!

Bodde en uke i leiligheten som ligger i ett stille og rolig område med kjempehyggelige naboer. Gangavstand (ca 1,5 km) til sentrum. Vi hadde ikke leiebil, men brukte taxi når vi skulle på utflukter til andre siden av øya. Dette er ikke noe dyrere enn om en skulle leie bil. Dessuten så er taxisjåførene på øya hyggelige og veldig serviceorienterte, så du får masse informasjon om øya og steder en bør besøke. Mye av denne informasjonen hadde du ikke fått om du hadde kjørt rundt på egen hånd i leiebil. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt for strandliv og utflukter. Hvis jeg skulle reist tilbake til Vieques en gang i fremtiden, ville jeg absolutt prøvd å leie leiligheten til Janiela igjen. Kan virkelig anbefales.

Los Cocos was the perfect getaway for a week. The home sits right on the ocean, and the first thing you notice upon arrival is the soothing sound of the waves. Rene welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The house was spotless and just the right size for the two of us. Inside, the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed, though we only cooked breakfast. The house has one bathroom, which was in great working order. The two bedrooms are located off the main living space. While there’s no air conditioning, the ocean breeze keeps things comfortable most of the time. One night was particularly still, making it a bit warm for sleeping, but there are plenty of fans to help keep cool. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. There’s ample seating, along with two hammocks. The beach was an incredible bonus—we spent hours relaxing by the water

We were in awe when we arrived. This place is absolutely beautiful! Couldn't ask for a better location. The house was super clean, comfortable, and beautiful! We spent a lot of time on the big porch. We asked for the additional air conditioner in the 3rd bedroom and we were glad that we did. Alicia and her husband were wonderful! They greeted us and helped us with our luggage. She gave us great tips on restaurants and we loved every suggestion! They were even so gracious to transport our luggage back to the car rental when we left (7 people filled the rental car and we had no room for luggage!) Much appreciated! Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Sand beachfront. We can’t wait to come back and we’re already talking about our next trip. The views are breathtaking and unbeatable. The private pool is a wonderful luxury and we felt right at home. We had one very small hiccup of not having any trash bags and they quickly rectified the issue with clear and easy communication. We would recommend this to anyone.

It’s our 4th year having vacation in Vieques. This was the first year we lost power during the vacation. The house has the solar panels, we still had the WIFI to search online whats going on. We can use the pool. The outdoor grill can make food. It’s the best experience.

Todo es hermoso. Recién remodelado. La cocina está equipada. También, cuenta con neverita, silla de playa y sombrilla que te permite no cargar nada desde tu casa. Me volvería a quedar sin dudar. Pero tengo un único inconveniente. Es que si traes algo desde tu casa que necesita refrigerarse o incluso dejar tu maleta no es posible hasta las 3pm. Esto debería cambiar; ya que llegas a una isla, y no hay forma de tú resguardar las cosas cerca de la residencia y fue algo tedioso el estar pidiendo el que nos permitieran dejar las cosas. Sería mi única queja pero esto es en general en todos los hospedajes.

We had such a wonderful stay at Coconut Cay! The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Photos are accurate, and check-in was easy. The pool/back patio area was our favorite place to hang out--how wonderful it was to see and hear the ocean all the time! We appreciated the cool and quiet A/C in the bedrooms, and loved the ocean breezes that flowed through the rest of the house. As others have mentioned, some of the fixtures show evidence of exposure to the salt, but hey, what do you expect from a house that's right on the beach? We loved our stay on Vieques at Coconut Cay, and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Jose was an amazing host! Very responsive and flexible with our needs. He helped provide numbers of Taxi services for transportation and made sure we had support throughout the check in check out process. Had an amazing time at the house and in Vieques!

We have used Airbnb for over 10 years and this is quite possibly the best place we have ever stayed. If you think the photos look great, the real thing is even better. Juan went out of his way to make us feel welcome, giving us advice and making himself available whenever we had questions. This place is a real gem and we had an absolutely wonderful time in Fajardo.

My only complaint about this condo was that my stay was not long enough! :) Everything in the condo was even better in person. Beautiful & comfortable decor, anything you could need for the beach and that deck! You can walk miles down the beach each direction which we did daily. Just a short walk or drive to many restaurants and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Harry’s place. Can’t wait to come back to Puerto Rico.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Amy's ocean-view condominium apartment on the 21st Floor. The apartment is in one of two condos, which are gated by security staff. Her apartment is clean and comfortable, and her kitchen is well-stocked. Amy is super responsive and helpful and her instructions are clear and precise. As a local, she can provide recommendations to beaches and other places of interest.

We loved our stay! Location was great, accommodations were wonderful! Edwin and Julia were fantastic, attentive, and accommodating hosts! We loved our time in Puerto Rico and can’t wait to visit again.

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!
