Beautiful renovation which combines modern comfort with the spelendor of this 17th century stone tower house in the Medieval village of Alet les Bains. Beautiful garden. White water rafting and other river sports are within walking distance as well as a natural spring swimming pool which is open in the summer. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance too and the famous wine producing town of Limoux is a 10 minute drive away. There is a tourist office in the town.

Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

Maison Palmeral: Cathar Castles and Forests

Our two bedroom home is situated in a quiet village near the majestic Pyrenees mountains in the region of Occitanie near Andorra, Spain and the Mediterranean. It is a place of natural beauty and tranquility with forests, streams, clean air and spring water. The nearby forests contain many animals, notably wild boar, deer and different species of birds and walking trails. Nearby are the towns of Rennes-les-Bains, Esperaza, Rennes-le-Château and several Cathar castles.

Cozy cottage "Le Figuier" Val du Faby

Samuel and Nelly are happy to welcome you to their cottage "Le Figuier". In order to make the most of your stay here is a list of places to visit near the cottage: Rennes le château, Rennes les Bains, Pic de Bugarach, vulture observatory, Galamus gorges, the medieval city of Carcasonne. 1.5 hours from the beaches and 3/4h from the ski slopes in the Pyrenees. Lakes and swimming in the villages of Puivert and Quillan. Lover of hiking and biking lots of beacon tours.

The Bergnes rural gîte is located in the heart of a livestock farm in the Upper Aude Valley. The natural environment, Mediterranean type, welcomes cicadas during the hot periods of summer in the very large maritime pines that surround the house and the cottage The Aude River is 1.5 km from the cottage and offers many fishing routes You will also be kindly greeted by our dogs, cats, chickens, horses, donkey and of course, the herd of suckler cows
