Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Enjoy in this junior suite with wonderful views. 35 m2 with its own shower/wc and private sauna. Kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, hot plate, soda stream and air fryer. The guest house is located next to our own home. The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp GK and only 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to a large pool, conservatory, gas barbecue and hot tub. In the owner's house there is access to a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car chargers are available, SEK 4/kWh.

Mini cottage in beautiful surroundings. You get a newly built cottage, where the details have been taken care of. When you wake up, you have a view from the bed to a large lake with lots of bird and fish life. You can go down to the lake or have breakfast on the terrace. In the evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine or water under the starry sky. Due to the fact that there is no light pollution in the area, you can see the clearest starry sky when it is cloudless. There is both a bath and toilet in the cabin. Cleaning is included in the price.

The sofa can also be converted into 2 beds, if the need is 6 overnight. From two beautiful wooden terraces and the large plot, the sun can be enjoyed from early morning to late evening.

Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.
