Very successful evening. Great accommodations for eight, equipped kitchen, sauna department with outdoor hot tub excellent. Communicating quickly and with clear instructions.

We have lived here for a whole month and it was fantastic! The house is warm and cosy. There is a sauna inside and a gas grill outside. There are fitness points in Espoo central park and a lot of trails. Close to the house live a lot of hares, deers and squirrels. Lovely place and location!

House is decorated very pretty - feels like you step into a page of a magazine. House as a whole has an interesting design - it's circular, so you literally can have a feeling of "walking in circles" until you get used to it, it's nice though, almost fairy-tale like. There's plenty to read, lots of magazines and books around. The kitchen is well stacked with essentials like frying pans and such. There are pretty glass ware and teacups to enjoy tea from, basically all you need to eat in comfortably. The upstairs bedroom is pretty and spacious. Bed is comfortable and large. The bathtub and sink in the upstairs bedroom is in the bedroom area itself, pretty design. Toilet upstairs has its own section, right next to bedroom, important to notice though - there is no door between toilet area and bedroom itself. There's very good ventilation so bedroom does not retain any unpleasant scents, if you know what I mean, so it is still very convenient. The toilet section is prettily designed just like the bedroom and spacious. There's a sauna (via door from the toilet area), so if you are into that talk to Timo ahead to have it set up for you. Upstairs bedroom also has a small balcony with some pretty wines all over it, large main window. The view over the lake is spectacular, breathtaking trully. To note - you can't go down (at least to my knowledge), as the house is on a steep mountain. The downstairs 2 bedrooms are very simple, small rooms with sliding beds. The beds are comfortable, however when the second one slide out then there's only a small area to walk. It's no problem though, as they're just used for sleep. The tv section is tricky - it has a very comfy reclining chaise, but not much room for other people, so ideally there's just room for 1 person to watch tv, unless you bring in chairs from the dining area of living room. Dining area has a wonderful, huge table, very convenient, comfortable chairs and close to kitchen section. Downstairs shower room - has 2 shower heads next to each other (no partition in the middle), and then there's another sauna room. There's also washer and dryer room. Outside of house is decorated very pretty too - there are multiple sitting areas and the views are just lovely all around. There are also a row of apple trees on the driveway! Very tasty apples! Overall, great experience, good communication with the owner and very well put together place. I would rent there again if I go to Finland. Oh also, there's music system, so pretty much rainy days are no problem - there will be something to do inside. Sitting on the white couch and watching rain over lake view was a profound experience, very calming and relaxing. I highly recommend Timo's house! Thanks Timo and Anti for everything:)

A very nice place, we stayed 5 nights (English-Finnish Family). Beautiful home and stunning view. Very good sauna! Quiet, peaceful and private space.

With 6 adults and 2 babies, we stayed at Villa Oak for 3 hours at the end of July. We liked the place and were just right for our family stay: enough space, possibility for cooking and eating together, the generous offer to use all the necessary items of the fully furnished household, veranda, garden, car parking... The wooden house and the furnishings are older and simple , the bathroom is very small and at the specified max. Guest number of 12, it will probably be tight in the beds - but this is balanced by a Scandinavian charm (Astrid Lindgren) and an idyllic ambiance! The host, Soile, welcomed us ahead of time with some food, toilet paper and flowers on the table, so we immediately felt comfortable. For guests where not everything has to be new and perfect, highly recommended!

Beautiful big house, decorated with style and very cozy. Fantastic for a stay with children thanks to all the toys and trampoline. Friendly hosts. Calm area with lovely nature around. Recommended!

Wonderful & relaxing stay at Villa Störsviken — we spent the weekend with my friends here bbqing, chilling, walking in the nature & of course enjoying the jacuzzi and sauna included in the property! Everything was wonderful.

Our stay by the sea at Johanna’s place was just what our family (4 adults and two teens) needed for our first week in Finland. We enjoyed sauna each evening and beautiful scenery and sunsets. The swimming was wonderful and as it was August, we swam with the jelly fish ( a first for us)! Johanna is an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. I recommend you bring sweaters and warm socks for the evenings. Know that it’s a good drive from the city if you plan to do much exploring, but it’s worth the experience. Magic in the woods it was! Thank you Johanna!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Antti's house. The location on a peninsula on the lake was spectacular - lake views on both sides of the house. The house itself was lovely - very clean, comfortable well equipped and tastefully decorated. Even better than the photos. We really appreciated all the outdoor games and played a lot of croquet and Frisbee golf - Antti even bought a football so the kids could play, they were thrilled. Antti was a fantastic host - so helpful and kind and gave us a tour when we arrived. The real stand out though was the lake. Majestic was the word my husband used to describe the view. So beautiful and we were watching it and in it every day swimming and on the paddleboards/ in the row boat. The sauna with lake views was great too. We hope to be back.

A stunning, bright, and modern house with a convenient location. There was plenty of parking in the yard. Communication with Minna was really smooth.

The house is as described and in a quiet and beautiful environment.

We spent a nice week-end at this place. We had a lot of space for our family of four and our little dog. We enjoyed the big park, the swimming pool and the hot tub. There are many nice forest walks accessible easily by car. The owners were very welcoming.
