This was our second time staying at this place and as before we enjoyed the calm, amenities, proximity to the city while being in the countryside and the warmth of hospitality. Everything was perfect for our family meetup.

We really enjoyed this family home which allowed us to spend Christmas as a family. It's a paradise for the little ones who found something to do. The garden must be very nice in warmer weather. The neighborhood is very quiet and the amenities are very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting us.

We had a lovely week-long stay in September at this rather spacious family home. Everything you need to have a peaceful holiday and disconnect from everyday life. We came as a couple with a medium-sized dog and a cat, but the house would be great for a small family. The small rather shaded garden is nice in the evening and well fenced. It is backed by a small wood, which ensures a certain tranquility, appreciable in this beach town. The streets are not too busy or fast (residential area), our cats were able to go out safely. The house was quite cool on those September evenings but just turn on the heaters for a few hours. The kitchen has everything you need (toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, gas stove, oven and microwave) and there is a dryer and washing machine in the garage. Excellent weekend spent at Gaëlle's, very nice house. Everything is clean, there is a pool table which is very nice. Thanks for the gift in the fridge on arrival, that's very kind of you. Lumo the little cat is very cute, he lives his life. I highly recommend this beautiful, very warm home.

Very nice stay for a family. Close to Puy du Fou, that's what made us choose this place. Then when we arrive we see the superb view, the great accommodation, the little touches left by the hosts... very good!

Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

Ideally located in the middle of the city, everything is easily reachable by foot. The big plus: the place is perfect for families with a baby. An umbrella bed and child seat are available, which really made our stay easier. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and as advertised. We highly recommend this place to families, and if we return to the area, we will not hesitate to stay there again!

The apartment has many advantages, especially for families: spacious, very appreciable children's amenities (step, children's library, umbrella bed), ideally located close to the city center and many shops, a dedicated garage. Our stay was very pleasant!

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, the small balcony allows you to fully enjoy the sea view. Access to the beach is direct so you can enjoy it quickly with children . Clean apartment with everything you need, close to local shops (bakery, ice cream shop,restaurant ...) the sea bus is less than 10 minutes walk ,a beautiful discovery that allows access to the center of La Rochelle while enjoying a boat getaway. Patricia is a responsive host to the message and was accommodating on the check-in and check-out time. The person who hosted us (Patricia was away) was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions . We recommend this apartment

The Accommodation is very well-located and well-equipped in a beautiful setting. Johnevan is very responsive to dialogue and always available in case of request. Honestly a great host that we recommend without any worries. We will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. If you like walking or cycling that's fine.
