Wir vermieten ein 2019 renoviertes Apartment im Dachgechoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Das Haus ist aus den 20er Jahren und beherbergte damals Arbeiter einer Kruppfabrik. Uns war es bei der Renovierung des Hauses und auch bei der Dachbodenrenovierung wichtig, den alten Charakter des Hauses zu erhalten und mit modernen Elementen zu ergänzen. Die Siedlung Heimaterde steht unter Denkmalschutz , wodurch der einheitliche Charakter mit den schönen Gärten weitestgehend erhalten geblieben ist.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Country - loft apartment + fireplace + garden + parking

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Exceptionally designed lofty open apartment on the ground floor. Offers highest functionality down to smallest details. In the middle of the trendy district, surrounded by more then 10 cozy cafes, restaurants. With a lot of shopping facilities and parks nearby. Super for Fairs! It only takes 10 minutes with a taxi or 22 to 25 Minutes by Tram and U-Bahn to the Messe. To the center: 1200m walk to Shadowstreet, Perfectly connected: Only 200m to the S-Bahn Zoo, 70m to Tram.

A beautiful apartment, about 65 square meters, fully furnished, with exclusive amenities. Completely modernized in 2017. Large shower cabin with rain shower, new kitchen, TV, radio, etc. -> is very centrally located in Bottrop -> good connection to the A2 and A42 highways The apartment has optimal occupancy for solo travelers and couples. 2 more people can sleep on 2 extra beds if necessary. My place is very good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Trade fair apartment in Essen Rüttenscheid

Enjoy living in this peaceful and centrally-located place in the middle of Rüttenscheid. Rüttenscheid is the trendy district with bars and restaurants in Essen and located between Essen main station and Messe Essen. It is just over 1 km to the fair and thus only 10-15 minutes walk. The U-Bahn [subway] is also a 5-minute walk. The accommodation itself has a separate entrance and can accommodate 1-2 guests. Self-catering is possible with the new kitchen.

Here, relaxation & recreation are combined with fun, so they don't have to do without anything. Unique nights are guaranteed. On the SmartTv, they have access to Disney+ and Amazon Prime. A cozy evening is therefore pre-programmed. The loft has a big infrared sauna, hot tub & pool table.

My beautiful, light-flooded old building apartment with impressively high ceilings and very spacious rooms is located right in the center, in a small quiet side street. 700 meters from the main train station, 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. I live in the neighboring house, so my address is stored as a contact.
