I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.

I am offering my second home for you to use. It has all the useful goodies for a nice weekend for two or three :) Also a pet is no problem for me after consultation, as I myself am an animal lover. The small entrance hall leads to the spacious bedroom on the left, connected to a small desk. To the right is the small but cozy warm shower room. Straight ahead you enter the kitchen through the narrow living room.

It is a renovated, newly furnished apartment, which with the size of 150 square meters offers enough space and retreats for families as well as friendly couples who want to explore our Ruhr area. Quiet and well-behaved pets are also welcome, but please ask when booking. Smoking and parties are not allowed. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. We do not accept more than 6 guests.
