Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Relaxation guaranteed in this cosy and spacious accommodation located at an altitude of 900 m with a breathtaking view of the Valier mountain. The green setting will seduce you... The accommodation is fully equipped and has a private terrace. It is attached to our house but the entrance is independent. On site, there is a Nordic bath and a sauna which can be booked on the day of arrival or in advance of course but it is an additional service not included in the rental price.

However, its location is ideal for cycling, hiking, golf and especially skiing, Arcalís is only 15 min away, the Pal gondola is 5 min away and the Funicamp (Granvalira) is 15 min away.

The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. The cabin offers spectacular views of emblematic peaks such as Pica d'Estats or Monteixo. We live in a society where complexity has become a part of our lives. Ideal for people who love beautiful authentic things, this accommodation has a resolutely unique style. In this regard, I would greatly appreciate it if we stopped confusing "old tiles and dirty tiles" and also, since there is a very beautiful cutting board, to use the trivet that I also made by hand and that does not deserve such harshness, THANK YOU.
