It is close to numerous tourist attractions, including the fantastic beach of the municipality. Its location makes it easy to tour the island, whether by sea or mountains, as well as walking tours of the area and/or the island's "levadas" (irrigation channels). Modern studio in the sunny and serene coastal village of Jardim do Mar, south west of Madeira Island. Studio D features an open plan design with kitchenette, lounging area, TV (with Netflix), a cozy queen size bed, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and a private balcony with ocean and pool view (24° to 26° Celsius). Guests have full access to the garden and heated saltwater pool. New Tourism Tax already included in the price, so we'll take care of that for you.

Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom, a social toilet, open space with kitchen / living and dining room, furniture and careful decoration. Madeira Black Sand House by Stay Madeira Island

Stay Madeira Island presents Madeira Black Sand Beach House! Set on the north coast of Seixal beach, Madeira Black Sand Beach House offers a dream view towards the black sand and the deep blue sea surrounded by green cliffs. This century old stone house has been with the same family for 30 years and was used as a weekend second home. The owners decided to share this unique spot with the world and the refurbished plan had the guest's comfort in mind.

This is an AL (local accommodation) studio, with about 36m2, modern, integrated in a centenary stone house – designated Casa Mãe – with a magnificent view to the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can access a beautiful garden with grass and indigenous/endemic plants as well a small garden with tropical fruits. You will enjoy magnificent sunsets and hear the sounds of nature – birds, frogs and butterflies in some seasons of the year.

Casa do Penique Organic can be found on a dead end road, in a quiet Madeiran village, only 400 minutes from Funchal. It has been carefully restorated and now offers a spacious and relaxing space where you can enjoy an ocean view while sitting by the pond.
