Lovely first floor apartment. Fully equipped with large private courtyard and free onsite parking. Situated in a quiet street which is a stones throw from a lovely french village. There is a choice of bars & restaurants. A selection of shops including a small supermarket, 2 boulangeries, butchers, florist and pharmacy. A beautiful lake with a small beach only a short walk away. It offers numerous activities including picturesque walks, fishing and during summer, aqua sports & bar/restaurant.

Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Located near the confluence of the Creuse, bordering the river (swimming and fishing) and not far from the ruins of Crozant. If you want to escape for a few days or weeks, enjoy a rental in a picturesque setting. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
