An amazing apartment commutable distance to the airport. The host was fantastic through the reservation. Quick to reply and very helpful. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for either a short or long stay in Brussels.

Laurie ist top zuverlässig und die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und kleine Cafes - vor allem am Place du Chatelain, der ganz in der Nähe ist. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan und ebenso die Strassenbahn, für weitere Strecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le logement est propre et très bien décoré. Des petites attentions nous attendaient a notre arrivée, fortement appréciée après un long voyage. les lits étaient très confortable, pour nous, notre bébé et notre fille de 6ans. Le sauna dans la salle de bain permet vraiment de se détendre après une grosse journée, c'est un vrai plus ! l'environnement est sécurisant et sécurisé. la proximité de la voie rapide n'est absolument pas dérangeante la nuit.

très joli et lumineux appartement. tous les équipements nécessaires à disposition. Mariya a été reactive dans nos échanges. le quartier est agréable et propose plusieurs bars et restaurants. le point positif du logement sont les 2 patio/balcon qui permettent de profiter de l'extérieur. je recommande 👍🏼

Le logement était bien rangé et propre. Il se situe à la périphérie de Bruxelles. La gare de train est accessible à pied ou bien en voiture et le parking est gratuit devant la gare. Saïd nous a prêté sa carte de transport afin de nous rendre au centre ville de Bruxelles, ce qui était utile De plus, nous avons pu recharger notre voiture électrique à un bon tarif chez l'hôte.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable, peaceful, and conveniently located near the main square and other attractions. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easy if you are carrying heavy suitcases. The host is also very nice. We recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Very impressed with the work and dedication to Creating an amazing space. As an engineer the stairs just captivated me. The design and attention to detail makes this Air b n b stand out for me. The area was lovely and most importantly the locals couldn't do enough for us,really friendly area Flemish people are great and that comes from an Irish person who would be the friendly nation. Well done for me.

We are a family with 2 boys and stayed at "La Chênaie Moderne” for a month in August 2024. We had a fantastic time! The accommodation is a spacious and clean space and reflects totally the description provided. It is in excellent condition: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good wifi, free parking, numeric lock for the entrance door. We loved the enormous plants in the living room! Very welcoming! Towels and bed linen were provided. The host Frédéric is very kind, responsive, and supportive. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, Uccle is lovely neighborhood, and it is about 10ish-min drive to the commercial areas at Avenue de Waterloo and Saint-Job. You can visit easily the most enchanting woods in the city Bois de la Cambre. You can reach Brussels in 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport. Two bus lines (37 and 43) stop just right around the corner. We are very happy and grateful, and we could not have had better accommodation! Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cette villa et c'était tout simplement incroyable, incroyable, incroyable ! La villa est parfaitement aménagée, chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé. La localisation est idéale, à quelques minutes seulement de Bruxelles. Le cadre est tout simplement parfait, voire idyllique, avec une ambiance relaxante et des paysages magnifiques. Tout était absolument parfait, dépassant toutes nos attentes. Cette villa fait désormais partie de nos coups de cœur, et c'est certain que nous y reviendrons. Le propriétaire mérite une mention spéciale : 10/10 sans hésitation ! Il est avant tout humain, compréhensif, et toujours disponible. La communication était fluide et agréable, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100 %, véritable perle rare

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. C'était très chaleureux (et ça nous a fait du bien car semaine pluvieuse à Bruxelles) et convivial. Un vrai cocon dans un quartier calme, dans lequel nous nous sentions "comme a la maison". On sent que les propriétaires aiment les beaux objets et les beaux matériaux. Ils ont toujours été disponibles et très sympas. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le logement, complètement conforme à la description. Quartier calme et proche des transports. L’arrêt de bus est à quelques minutes à pieds et en 25 min de bus nous sommes dans le centre ville, parfait pour nous.

Brüssel ist definitiv eine Reise wert! Der "Garten" war verwuchert und wirklich nur zum kurzen "Erleichtern" für den Hund geeignet. Generell ist Brüssel, bzw. wahrscheinlich ganz Belgien, ein Land der krassen Gegensätze. Beispiel: Es gab eine, bestimmt mega teure, intelligente, Sensor- Duscharmatur(die uns den letzten Nerv geraubt hat), dafür war die Treppe zum Garten für uns praktisch nicht benutzbar und das Edelstahlgeländer wacklig... :-) Nathalie hat uns allerdings so super per Mail betreut, dass da locker drüber hinweg gesehen werden kann!! Es würde sofort geantwortet und es gab tolle Tipps und Tricks für ganz Brüssel. Mit dem Bus dauert es eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum. Gerne wieder!!

Stayed at Hanne's place for 4 nights with the family with children. We have had a very pleasant stay, rooms were comfortable, clean and felt like at home. It was in a quite area about 25min away from Brussels and near green spaces. Would highly recommend!

Loved staying Davy's place. Davy kind enough to meet me at my arrival time and show me into the flat. He was very welcoming and friendly. The flat was exactly as it appeared in the photos and had everything I needed. Would happily stay there again.

De woning is heel licht en ruim. Nog meer dan je door de foto's zou verwachten. De omgeving is rustig en toch heel dicht bij het centrum. Munire is heel aardig en behulpzaam. We voelden ons meer dan welkom. En bonus was dat er 2 lieve katten in huis waren. Ik voelde mij er erg thuis.

Ottima sistemazione a 3’ dalla base NATO di SHAPE. Comoda, funzionale e pulita. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e sempre disponibili.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Brüssel! Das Appartement war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hatte eine super Lage. Parken kann man kostenlos in einer Seitenstraße der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu war einwandfrei! Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Nous avons passé un chouette weekend en famille dans le logement d'Annabelle. Tout était fluide de la réservation au départ. L'appartement était parfait, nous avons bien aimé l'agencement des pièces de vie, ouvertes les unes sur les autres (et très lumineuses !). Nous avons fait de jolies balades dans les environs. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Hem estat a Brusel-les un cap de setmana i ens hem allotjat a casa de l'Enza. És un apartament gran i lluminós, molt acollidor. No ens ha faltat de res. L'Enza sempre ha estat molt pendent de nosaltres i ens ha facilitat la nostra estada a la ciutat. Molt recomenable. Xavier i Assumpta.
