Step back in time as you walk thru the doors of this beautifully renovated apartment set within one of Eufaula's historic homes, originally built in 1865. The home has a very walkable location, being approximately two blocks from the downtown main street, where you'll find restaurants, a grocery store, drug stores, churches and various other shops, or you can take a stroll through the historic neighborhood admiring the various historic homes and the beautiful landscaping.

“We very much enjoyed this lovely place for a long weekend with our young adult children. Very pleasant interior and we loved the backyard. We built bon fires two evenings and used the kayaks. We ate outside a couple times. Very dog friendly. There is a fenced run that we put our dogs in to let them play and a tiled area inside that we put a gate to confine them. Five minutes from Walmart and 25 from Providence Canton State Park. We hope to return.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this space!! I stayed here about 5 weeks while transitioning jobs and locations with my company during COVID-19. Amanda was an incredible host and was super responsive! The bunk layout was awesome 1 common/bedroom with a walk in closet, a full bathroom with shower, and a kitchen. Nice rustic decorations, cute little spot. I am a man so me describing it like that means a lot. This place was a God sent for an extended stay. Kitchen was perfect for cooking, plenty of utensils for cooking every night, which I basically did. The small fridge/freezer combo was perfect, much better than a typical mini fridge you’ll find most other places. Plenty of counter, shelf, and cabinet space too. Plus the kitchen had door with a screen door, which was AMAZING for popping open while cooking and enjoying the nice South GA spring, and I mean amazing. The smoke alarms work, for sure, I accidentally tested them twice, once hard searing some meat and once drying my cast iron skillet. The porch is really awesome, shaded, with a couple chairs and a table. Perfect place for a refreshment in the waning daylight hours. Bathroom has all you need, cool clawfoot tub which I particularly enjoyed because I have always wanted one, and it has a shower. AC and heat both work great! AC kept the whole place cool and I never came close to turning it as high as it goes, even on 90 degree days. Heat worked great too, I had to test it on a couple of those 40 degree spring evenings, more than warm enough, and again, nowhere near the max. Parking right by the door. Nice. Private entrance, with a code, so you don’t have to keep up with a stupid single key. I really, REALLY, appreciated that. Location is awesome, right down the road from multiple convenience stores (with a surprisingly good selection of local beer). Right across the river is Eufaula and all it’s options. Omaha Brewery just up the road too. It was tough to enjoy the area with being on a full lock down most of the time. Luckily I also did not have to with a fully functioning kitchen. This place was awesome. Being able to unpack, spread out, and organize really made this place feel like a home away from home during my stay. It made it possible to relax instead of feeling like I was living out of a suitcase the entire time. Really a fully functional place in a cozy space. I cannot recommend this bunk for a weekend getaway for sight seeing the beautiful area, a great fishing trip on Lake Eufaula, or an extended stay. ESPECIALLY AN EXTENDED STAY. I stayed at a hotel in Eufaula for a few days with my wife before finding this place, huge mistake, never again. Do not do that. Not saying the affordable hotels over there are dumps but....they’re giant dumps with way worse amenities. I probably fell short of doing this place justice. Book it and enjoy it.”
