It is a 24-year-old building with a sofa for 4 people, a large living room with a 55-inch TV, 3 large rooms with 3 queen beds, a clean and spacious bathroom and dressing table, a dining table for 6 people, a microwave, a large rice cooker, a toaster, an electric pot, a high-quality tableware set, and an induction stove. In addition, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The location is 30 seconds from Wolgot Station and 30 seconds from various bus stops. On the first basement floor, There is a management room, and there is a very generous free parking lot from the 2nd to 9th floors.
