This is a brand new building with hardwood floors, a full kitchen, double shower, and washer and dryer. The bedroom has a cal king Tempurpedic bed. There is also a large, southern facing deck to enjoy the sun and views of the apple trees and extensive landscaping. The Guesthouse offers private, quiet accommodations in a clean, modern space.

With large picture windows in every room, gas fired fireplace, open floor plan and tasteful amenities, the home is cozy and comfortable. Large deck and beautiful landscaping allows enjoyment inside and out. Walk across the driveway to Sequoia Park, walking trails through the redwoods, Sequoia Park Zoo. The nearby community provides shops, restaurants, and medical services.

I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.
