Located on beautiful Price Coffee Rd, our place is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat that is still only minutes from downtown. Enjoy the large covered porch, fire pit, and 3 acres to spread out. Custom designed, the Fair House is a great place to relax for couples, families, or friends!

Tranquil Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Tranquil Treehouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature by the lake! The large deck is a great place to read a book, grill out or enjoy a morning cup of coffee! Even rainy days are peaceful at the treehouse due to the natural lullaby of the rain on the red tin roof. The lake is only 150 yards from the house. We have 2 kayaks for guests on carts for the short walk to the shore. Come soak up the sun in the crystal clear water this lake is famous for!

Sam's Workshop is a TINY, stand alone studio and was once, as you guessed, Sam's true workshop. You will find a few original elements of this workshop sprinkled through the more modern configuration and decor. This is recognized as a place where dreams can veritably come true. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. King bed, over sized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, hiking on 47 acres across the street, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

Our Bring Your Own Bedding (air mattress ECT) Hut is in a beautiful wooded area in the Ozark Cabins campground. We are just 10 miles out of the Eureka Springs city limits. Price is for 2 people. This has a full size wood platform to put an air mattress on, microwave & mini fridge. Charcoal grill, picnic table & rock fire ring are outside of the cabin. There is also a bathroom & shower house located just below this hut in the campground area that is used for this rental.
