Just off John Deshields parkway you can ride to Crystal Bridges and the Bentonville Square on the Greenway and Sidewalks once out of this single entrance neighborhood. Small subdivision with one way in and out. Good size fully fenced back yard and pet friendly(Keep pets off furniture please). Extremely close to the memorial park baseball and soccer complexes for super close access for tournaments. This house is a great option for seeing Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and Biking.

This amazing location is also right on the Rago & Mulligan trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs! We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).
