The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

In the area you will find a total of 20 km of prepared ski slopes, and the trail network starts only 5 minutes walk from the cabin. The area is 400-500 meters above sea level and is usually very snowproof. For families with children and beginners, there is a short and child-friendly trail that goes to Liløa. There is a barbecue and seating. In the summer it takes only 2 minutes by car to a great swimming area. Here you will find piers, gaps, canoe, terrace with barbecue facilities and a sandy beach – perfect for both big and small.

Smart TV, fibre and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home offices. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

For active guests, I offer the use of a rowing boat, canoe, paddle board and good fishing opportunities. There are also great hiking opportunities and many activities in the nearby area and Evje with shops and Troll Aktiv is a short drive away. In winter, the ski slopes start a few hundred meters away and the snow-sure ski resort Høgås is 10 minutes away.

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Liten hyttevogn ved siden av en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass rett utenfor. Mulighet for å låne gratis robåt i nærmeste innsjø. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat kjøkken. Hund tillatt

The cabin is located in scenic surroundings on Gautestad about 17 km from Evje city centre. There are several nice hiking areas nearby, bathing water and great driven cross-country skis in winter. Evje has lots to offer, including other climbing parks, go-karts, Evje Mineralpark and TrollAktiv. The latter has a variety of activities such as rafting, canoeing, paintball arrow and bow and much more. Autumn/winter and Easter holidays are booked from Thursday-Monday and Monday-Thursday
