Alternatively a short two minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Exmouth town center with it’s amenities which include the railway and bus links, along with restaurants, cafes and bars.

Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. There is a large garden with artificial grass, so looks pleasant all year round. Exmouth has lots to offer with a picturesque seafront spanning two miles of golden sands with stunning walks and some lovely restaurants.
