good place and very close to downtown very comfortable and safe

The place is beautiful, just like the pictures. They were always on the lookout and the parking lot was great. Missing amenities in the room (shampoo, conditioner, cream, etc.) If you want to use the jucuzzi it takes a long time to fill, the water pressure is very low. The pillows are not so comfortable.

The place is nice, well tidy and quiet, only the place was a little dusty. The hostess is very kind and always attentive

We would highly recommend this stay! The view from our 2 bedroom unit was stunning and even better than the photos. It was perfect for our family with a great kitchen. They had a French press for coffee and included some excellent coffee. Half way through our stay we were brought fresh towels. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. They connected us with a great driver who had fair prices to explore the surrounding area. Things to note- it’s a steep uphill walk from town but it’s easy to get a moto taxi to get back home after dinner. There were some neighbourhood dogs that barked sometimes but that typical to Mexico and didn’t bother us much. We were able to walk from the rental to the trailhead to hike the Peña in about 15 minutes. We absolutely loved hanging out on the private patio with the amazing view, beautiful cactus and flowers.

Very good hosts, Cinthia was on the lookout for the phone all the time, she gave us instructions to eat to get to the residence. The loft was very cozy and nice. We were delighted!!

Beautiful place. As seen in the photos. Very safe, very quiet, unbeatable location to visit Tequisquiapan, Peña de bernal and the spas (time to visit all there is). Recommended in 100.

We had a lot of fun, the house is super nice and everything we expected, we asked that they turn on the boiler with extra cost and it was 100% worth it, excellent accommodation

Very nice house, pity we couldn't enjoy it as we entered late and had to leave it early. One of the bathrooms ran out of water in the shower. We needed a morning coffee.

It was a very pleasant experience. It is a peaceful and welcoming place, perfect to rest and disconnect. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: the furniture is simple but functional, the atmosphere is warm and everything was in good condition and clean. Surrounded by a view of the Peña de Bernal, it offers an environment of peace ideal for relaxing, reading or just enjoying the silence. No luxuries, but with all the essentials to feel at ease.

everything is perfect with the place. Patricia was always pending and communication with her was very effective. I appreciate the facilities she gave us.

The place is super nice, very quiet and spacious. All the amenities for one not having to worry about anything, from the kitchen to the bathroom. The treatment with Mauricio was very good. No doubt now that we return to Tequis, we will stay at the place.
