Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house. Relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub, year around. Enjoy the sounds of nature & experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, & breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens & fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, & much more nature.
