Get to La Poza Del Obispo beach in less than 15 minutes or Playa Sardineras in 25. A neighborhood market is 5 minutes away, Walmart is 25 and the Puerto Rico Premium Outlets are 20 minutes. And it's only 50 min. to San Juan. Each room has a ceiling fan and there are 3 pedestal fans. There is a comfortable porch/balcón where you can sit and enjoy a quiet moment.
