Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress also a twin daybed and bathroom with shower.

A private dock extends into Mobile Bay, featuring light blue seating options. A boat house with a metal roof is positioned adjacent to the dock. Nearby houses, raised on stilts, are visible along the shoreline, surrounded by natural vegetation.

This 1100 sq foot apartment is located in the top of our barn. It is very nice and fully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Our barn is a working barn with 3 horses that come and go. I will allow a pet but must approve and there is a 75.00 pet fee. St Francis Church is a 3 minute drive and the Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear a 5-7 minute drive. Downtown Fairhope is a 5-7 minute drive and a straight shot from my farm, - Gulf shores/Orange beach is 41 minutes away.
