International visitors welcome. I have a guest house convenient (bicycle, anyone?) to FSU, FAMU, Innovation Park and the Maglab. Public transportation is close by. Only blocks from CollegeTown, Gaines Street, Railroad and Cascades Park. Laundry and cleaning included in weekly rate. Full yard and off-street parking available with this guest home. This is a private. unattached property with lots of storage in built-in closet/dressing room. Dishwasher, gas range and on-demand hot water.

Walking distance to Lake Elberta Park and FAMU Way walk path straight to Capitol Cascades Park. I really liked that I could ride my bike from the AirBnB and pick up the bike trail by Lake Elberta Park for 6 miles and connect to the St. Marks Trail for the 16 mile ride to the St. Marks River. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Kathryn is very helpful. Will certainly return again.”
