Condo vacation rentals in Fajardo

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

Second time we have stayed at this incredible place. The wind, the ocean, the rainforest- it is so beautiful. The condo is comfortable and AC in the bedrooms works great. We swam in the ocean and also enjoyed the pool at the condo! We love this place.

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed here for four nights with my boyfriend and had an amazing time. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s right along Conrado beach (a couple blocks from the part of the strip that’s super noisy). Tons of amazing restaurants around and we mostly walked or used uber (generally $10 or less to old San Juan). It’s a very convenient location and a beautiful condo. We felt super safe - need a key or fob to get in all doors and there are cameras in the halls and outside. We also were able to get an early check in and the host provided tons of recommendations which was great. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

It was terrific. We were right on the beach (2nd floor) and the apt is great. The beach is very popular, esp on weekends, so it would not be ideal if you are looking for a super quiet neighborhood. It didn't bother us though (and we are not partiers). It is very well secured. The air conditioning worked well although between the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, we rarely used it. George was very helpful any time we needed anything.

Came for a solo birthday trip and this place was perfect. It was near everything and super clean. Host was super responsive. Bed was comfy and A/c cooled the space quickly. I felt safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. I’d stay here again. Anytime.

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!

Super clean place. Smaller than it seemed on pictures but it had all we needed for the last night of our trip around PR. About 20 minutes by car from the airport and about 5 minutes from the beach. It is right next to the main road so it can get loud. Overall we would recommended staying here for a short stay

Our stay at this studio apartment in Fajardo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless, the bed was cozy, and all the amenities made our stay effortless and enjoyable. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and the stunning surroundings was an unforgettable experience. The location was also fantastic. We were just a short distance from several excellent restaurants, offering a variety of delicious local cuisine. Beyond the apartment itself, the atmosphere in Fajardo was incredible. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and convenient place to stay in Fajardo. We can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. I came with my husband, mother-in-law and 1-year-old daughter. It was comfortable and cozy for all of us. The views of the ocean from the condo was incredible and breathtaking. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. I will stay again. Thank you!

Spent an amazing beautiful 5 days vacation with my kids at Gerardo’s place and honestly I have 0 complaints . The view is beautiful the place is amazing and comfortable . 5 days wasn’t enough and let’s not forget about the beautiful balcony views , had breakfast on the balcony with my family ! We loved it and definitely intend on going back whenever we visit back San Juan . Also has a personal parking spot for our rental car right outside the building . Couldn’t ask for anything more perfect especially with the area it is located in with plenty of shopping spaces restaurant and anything else you will need . Highly recommended!

Jaime was a wonderful host, the place was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony had a very nice view of the beach and was well worth the price I paid! I just wish I could have spent more time there!

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It's in an ideal location—super close to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The apartment was easy to find. The beach is just a short walk away and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The balcony was nice. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

This unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space, comfy beds and linens, a stocked kitchen and beautiful view. Cold AC in both bedrooms, but not in the living room. Secure building with elevators. Slightly dated but clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the location is next to a very busy marina, there is often noise and loud music from the boats and the restaurant next door but it stopped by midnight or so. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it again! It fits our family of four so nicely. We can easily make meals and hang out on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean or walk down and be right on the beach in minutes. We even reached out once to Tom noticing something was missing from the kitchen and he went to the store and brought it to us the very next day. Totally not expected and way above and beyond! We hope to come back next year and would definitely stay again if it is available.

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.
