The first, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses, and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfasts, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an antique style, also with stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an impressive fireplace, which is the heart of the living area. This villa also has two bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other an attic overlooking the living area, equipped with a Polifemo Ion refrigerator.
