First of all, it must be said that Elisa was very welcoming and helpful. She offered both to pick us up and take us back to the station and when we had problems with noisy neighbors (one night) she intervened immediately. The house, very modern, is equipped with everything that has made us feel like we were at home, it is located in a particularly quiet area of Pesaro and close to the small bay Flaminia (for this reason we definitely recommend it for the summer months). Nearby there are plenty of places to eat, including the unparalleled piadina from Terry.

Everything was perfect as described, cleanliness and comfort the strong point, great location, just 500 meters from the sea in a very quiet area. I only had a few problems with the shower stall, a little too small but overall satisfactory. Recommended apartment

My group of friends and I stayed at Valentina's apartment, and we had a really great time! We found a modern and very clean home, with everything you need. The two air conditioners helped in the hottest moments of the day, and moreover two bicycles are made available to tenants, also in excellent condition, which were very convenient for seeing places a little further away (to spend a different day by bike, we recommend the nearby Misano, well covered by bike paths). The apartment is very close to the sea, and the nearest beach (Lido delle Sirene) has good prices and all the amenities you need. The accommodation is also just a few meters from a long pedestrian street full of bars, shops and ice cream shops, ideal for evening walks! The accommodation has exceptional value for money considering especially the proximity to the sea, and Valentina is a very kind host. We will definitely be back :D

Communication with Andrea was very good. The place was clean and tidy with a large kitchen that we didn't use. We stayed there to go to the circuit. We reached it on foot, but very close there was the possibility of taking a small train that led to the entrance of the circuit (both on the way and back). We were able to park for free in a parking lot indicated by Andrea's mother who brought us the keys. The lady allowed us to check out later, since the next day there were no guests. It was a very nice gesture and appreciated by all of us. Thanks again for your availability

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

what to say about the apartment of Francesco and Francesco, my family and I were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment, as soon as you enter you you can smell a clean scent that is a wonderful thing. The kitchen is impeccable and very well-stocked the bathroom is beautiful and very comfortable. Not to mention the area outside where you can have a breakfast or a tea and feel the waves of the sea, or have a lunch or dinner to be remembered. My girls did not want to leave a new apartment and with materials to envy even to starred hotels, Francesco then was very helpful to meet us both regarding check-in and check-out,and for anything we needed. We also met Francesco's father,a very kind person. i hope I have not forgotten anything. I only have positive things to tell about my experience in Francesco's apartment.
