Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

In the heart of old Skanör is this unique farmhouse anno 1922, which is shyly completely renovated in 2022. The farmhouse is about 20 sqm, plus sleeping loft. It is 500 meters to ICA and 1 km to a mile-long fantastic white decorating sand beach with blue flag, which includes several restaurants and cold bathhouses with sauna. Minimum length 3 nights. Towels and bedsheet are not normally included, but can be arranged in advance with some compensation. Cleaning is added if desired, 500 SEK. Check in 3pm. Check out 11am.

The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most are reached within 4 to 10 minutes, ranging from padel courses, Falsterbo pier/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the nose and nice restaurants, cold bath houses, Skanörs harbor/beach, etc. on the other side of the nose.

There is a busstop 100 m away, and also parking on the street if you come by car. There is a small bench and table outside if you would like to eat or drink coffee in the garden on warmer days. There is a lockbox for convenient self-check-in. Supermarket about 10-15 min walking distance.
