Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fanano

fantastic apartment, spacious, clean and bright spaces. We were in six people, all very satisfied. Comfortable beds, equipped with various very useful things. I could be wrong but it seemed to me not to see an emergency kit that could be very useful.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

Elena was a great host. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The location was great close to the Mora and to everything in town all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed for our stay. It’s the perfect location to explore Lucca. Duccio gave us a very warm welcome, with lots of tips on where to go for the best bread, groceries and restaurant recommendations. All wonderful! The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

We stayed at Elton's for two nights at the carnival. The apartment was in perfect order and with everything you need, in an extremely convenient location to access both the sea and the parade. It was also very convenient to have reserved parking. Elton was always available to give all the necessary information. We definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

For anyone who wants to experience the peace of the Tuscan countryside while being just a few minutes from Lucca center, book Anna Lisa’s place! Her home is the best of Airbnb, a gorgeous, warm, peaceful opportunity to experience the true dolce vita! She is an exceptional host and her home is truly beautiful. She is a very kind, responsive, and thoughtful host. We stayed with our young toddler son who thoroughly enjoyed running around in her garden. We highly recommend booking here and look forward to when we are able to return!

Fabio and Marta are very kind, available and welcoming, everything is designed so that we lack nothing. The place and garden are very nice. We had recommendations for visits nearby and tasted the family olive oil. We would highly recommend this property!

Very nice townhouse with large roof terrace designed down to the smallest detail. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance, a Michelin restaurant is just a few houses away. Great amenities and definitely something for design fans.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

I am an older, male, English speaking, solo traveler and photographer who loves Italy. From my point of view Lucca is an excellent destination, this Airbnb apartment is the best place to be if you are looking for an Airbnb, and Silvia has the qualities that I most appreciate in a good host: she communicates well in English, she reacts quickly, and she answers my questions as they arise. An excellent host is not a host that guarantees your stay will be problem free - an excellent host is a person who effectively deals with problems as they arise. Silvia is an excellent host. I hope to return to Lucca in the future and I will aim to again stay in this apartment with Silvia as my host.

The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) of a period building. The published photos reflect exactly what is located in the apartment; being in the center (behind the Duomo di Prato) it is a ZTL area so you can't get there by car, but a 5-minute walk away is the station's covered parking lot (Porta Il Serraglio) very convenient. Near the house there are shops, restaurants, and cafes. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything is brand new and in great condition. There are two double bedrooms (one of the two with a bed a little smaller than the other, maybe suitable for children/teenagers). There are two bathrooms both with a comfortable shower, one of them also with a bidet. We can highly recommend this apartment and visit Prato which is very nice and quiet. Communication with the host was very accurate and was very kind and helpful.

Taste of Lucca is a beautiful, spacious and well appointed apartment; everything you might need is on hand. We loved our stay! Be warned that parking in Lucca is very very limited, and the free parking outside the walls is unpredictable in availability, and the paid near the walls (inside and out) is very limited. If you do not walk well it is something you'll have to manage, taxis are not readily available - you will be walking. As well, Taste of Lucca is up 3 flights of stairs - manageable if you are young and fit and can handle your luggage.. Other than that, fabulous apartment!!!

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! Lucca is such a charming city and Stefanos apartment is just in the center of that

Fantastic option in this beautiful city! The location is perfect, just a block from the unmissable Anfiteatro. The unit is a marvelous blend of historic feel with modern conveniences (gleaming kitchen, super-comfy new beds/bedding, etc.). The square outside is lively by day and serene at night. As the host notes, there are several flights of stairs because of the second-floor location, but we got used to them quickly. Elaine and Cristiano are model hosts: communicative, friendly, full of tips, and going far beyond (e.g., clarifying for us on a Sun AM that a half-marathon would affect traffic nearby). Wish we could have stayed longer in this super-sweet spot!

Clean, cozy, comfortable apartment in a strategic location to visit not only the city of Lucca, but also to reach the main connecting streets and visit the many beauties that Tuscany offers to those who visit it. Davide is a lovely, kind and caring person, my rating of stay in his place is great 😊
