In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.

It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a Queen size bed.
