Amazing beach front apartment

What an absolute gem of a place ! My friend and I are seasoned travellers and are accustomed to quality standards when it comes to accommodation. Harsh’s place exceeded our expectations from the offset. The communication was fantastic by both hosts, covering not only the accommodation but the local area too. The accommodation is welcoming/ spotless and has all the amenities and facilities you require with ample space. The balcony is spacious and being at a top level has great views of the pool and the beach/sea. The lift is ideal for elders or those with young children. Most of all the place felt safe and secure. The idyllic beach is 2 minutes away. and within another 5 minutes you hit the promenade where there are multiple shops / coffee shops / bars / restaurants with a wide variety or choice to suit everyone’s needs. A further 10 minutes and you are at a quaint marina. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families or even couples looking for an enjoyable retreat.

The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

I had a lovely stay at Maria's apartment, it is beautifully kept, clean and modern with everything I needed. It's in a great location for the city and the beach. Maria was a fabulous host and was really helpful. I'd really recommend staying here for your trip.

Maria Belen was absolutely kind. We were greeted by Maria Belen who explained everything to us to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. The accommodation was as described, perfect for our family, very comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located. We recommend Maria Belen for her generosity, kindness, and smile. Very friendly and sweet hosts Inma and Jordi. Short contact lines. We were 6 adults and 4 children with our family. The villa was very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Including 3 bathrooms and various chill and play areas. Greatly enjoyed the pool the garden and the beach. Boulevard, village Benicarló and Peniscola easily accessible on foot. Lots of sights and entertainment in the vicinity. Public transportation at the doorstep as well as plenty of catering amenities. Close to the airport 30 minutes. In short, ideal holiday for a large family. Space and entertainment. Repeatable.

We had a great stay! Isabel was very accommodating and assisted us several times with finding storage for our luggage and booking us a taxi. The place was beautiful and close to the beach and other wonderful places nearby such as parks and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

VERY GOOD TREATMENT BY THE HOST, FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. CLEAN, ORDERLY APARTMENT AND THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING NECESSARY. THE BATHROOM WAS RENOVATED. SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE AVAILABLE.

Everything was very good, it was just like in the photos. There were 4 of us and we were all very comfortable. The host was attentive to us and communication with her was very good. I will definitely stay with her again when I return to Valencia

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.
