Restored and equipped rural house - Garrotxa

Fully restored and renovated country house, located in the Oix Valley, within the Garrotxa Natural Interest Area. It has a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large dining room and living room, and a large outdoor terrace. With independent air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven and a microwave. It has a ping pong table, an Australian gas barbecue and a wood barbecue. The 25-hectare farmhouse grounds are for the exclusive use of guests.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .
