You will love my home because it is a cottage with a fantastic location at the end of the forest and with the water as the nearest neighbor a few meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. An ideal retreat for both couples and families with children who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The house was built in 1905, there are wooden floors and high ceilings in all rooms. Nice and spacious annex of 30 sqm in rural surroundings. Close to the highway, so you can quickly get to Skanderborg, Silkeborg and Aarhus. In the Annex there is a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. In the kitchenette, there will be some kitchen utensils so you can make some coffee and toast some bread. In addition, there is the possibility to heat food in a microwave. There is a refrigerator in the room, so you can keep your items cool. Shopping about 3 km. Forest cabin in scenic surroundings. Located on a 5200 m2 private property. In the immediate area there is access to Karup River and Nature National Park Kompedal Plantage. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
