Downstairs is Mothman Cave with air hockey, PS5, T2 arcade game, and more! Outside has a nice fire pit with swings and a hammock under the deck. We'd rate it PG for scariness, so 5-10 year olds might get nervous unless they dig scary movies. It's ~1 mile of Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge.

The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.
