Eileen was a Great host and very responsive if we needed anything. Also very helpful in recommending local Fav’s . Location ideal as very close to dwntwn BNTNVLL //. Loved the cycling friendly amenities ( Bike wash station, tools. Cleaning supplies etc) . Cyclist minded, but anyone would enjoy space and close proximity to town. David’s place was fantastic - had a really fun retro vibe. Walkable to practically everything, comfy beds, big kitchen. It was a lovely place and I’d absolutely stay again. Thanks David!

This was our second time staying in Emily's home! We had such a great time when we visited last fall, it was an easy choice to come back. The location is great, it's very clean, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We were able to ride our bikes from the house to multiple trails, and everything we needed was super close by. Would absolutely stay again if we returned to Bentonville.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as described. We had plenty of towels. The linens were nice. There were plenty of pillows. There were even items for the younger children including a pack n play, high chair and cups with lids. Amber was responsive to all questions. Our whole family was pleased, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful low-stress weekend.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place. We each had our own bedroom and privacy. Plus, we got to park our vehicles in the garage…especially convenient with the occurrence of rain and storms during our stay. Stephanie’s place has a beautiful, private backyard outfitted with a swing, fire pit, and a deck with a table and four chairs. Due to the rainy season, we only got to enjoy being outside one evening. This area has so much to do!! Lots of hiking/biking, beautiful parks, museums, shopping, eating, etc. Just a great area with lots to explore. Loved it!!

Wonderful place! Everything was just as shown in the photos and the putting green was fun to have. Very peaceful neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to unwind and relax don’t pass up on this place.

Great value. Would definitely stay again. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Only minor drawback is you can tell it is pet friendly, but we adjusted to the smell after a couple hours and wasn’t an issue after that.

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

Great instructions for finding and getting into the upstairs private space. Clean, purposeful and personal described the details these hosts put into their Airbnb. Good location— walkable to the square and bikable to crystal Bridges if it wasn’t pouring for the 24 hours we were in Bentonville. This place was great and would be super for a longer stay!!

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

Great second floor unit in a walkable and cute part of Bentonville!! Lovely interior, awesome windows and a perfect little apartment for a couple. Thanks for a great stay!!

It’s was a nice place to stay, it was a bit too cozy for two people with a small pet for my opinion. Overall there’s a lot of places to walk around to explore and eat nearby.

Steven's place is best place you can find in heart of bentonville which is walkable to the new walmart campus. it's well equipped and good for more than 4 people. Also, there are lot of food options near the stay. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking stay in bentonville.

The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The linens were of the best quality and truly elevated the luxurious feel of the condo. We will return.

Excellent location, central and very walkable to downtown. Great amenities very clean and onsite parking. Comfort level would be increased with a larger loveseat or full size couch and a device to watch our own streaming services ie. Roku. We had an excellent stay, loved Bentonville and definitely would stay here again they are excellent hosts!

Great place very close to campus. Private and quiet even though it is so close to many restaurants and attractions. Daniel was friendly and a great communicator. Highly recommend it

Such a cute and comfortable place! Fantastic location right on Dickson. They allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful. Parking instructions weren’t displayed in the listing, but when I messaged Mayra she was quick to respond and provide clear instructions. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again for future trips!

My husband and I took the weekend to enjoy nature and be with each other. This property provided exactly what we needed. We were able to bring our fur babies. They felt right at home. The balcony had a little gate that we were able to close and they were able to roam on the deck. I was very happy with how clean the home was even we arrived. We were not able to check in until 11pm on Friday and Aspen was very understanding and kind of our situation. While we were here, we did not see any neighbors, it was very peaceful and quiet. We were close to Eureka Springs and Missouri. The lake view is beautiful. You may not be able to see the lake from the property but you are still right next to the water. The property was great for us and made our trip stress free. Thank you Aspen for the wonderful experience. We will most definitely be staying at another property of Aspens! It does rain a lot In the area, don't forget your raincoats.

We had a great weekend at Allison's place! Very convenient location, close to Campus and great for walking to Dickson street and local restaurants. Easy to find and easy to park. Would recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to U of A and Dickson street.
