Vacation rentals with a sauna in Fažana

Kućica i terasa su zaista kao na slikama, svi sadržaji su lijepo osmišljeni i dostupni. Zadovoljni smo boravkom, Ingrid i Michael su jako dragi domaćini te žive u gornjem dijelu kuće, no uz povremene susrete, daju vam privatnost koliko god mogu.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was modern, clean, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing. The highlight was definitely the private sauna, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and peace. ☺️

Ubytovani je v prijemne lokalite stranou ruchu a pritom autem kousek od Puly. Je to dobry bod pro podnikani vyletu. Zahradu ocenily deti i my. Pani domaci umi cesky, takze komunikace je snadna.

Wer einen entspannten Urlaub mit echt toller Aussicht auf die Kvarner Bucht genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Haben 8 sommerlich schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Alles modern eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es wurden von uns einige Orte und Strände erkundet, ein PKW ist hier auf alle Fälle von Vorteil. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an die netten Gastgeber. 👍🏻

Es war sehr ruhig und wunderbar ! Alles komplett privat ! Alles sauber ! Der Außenbereich ist natürlich mit Pool und Grillbereich das Highlight! Vielen lieben Dank für das Erlebnis Wir kommen gerne erneut vorbei

Mariette was super friendly and recommended a few local spots to visit. The apartment was clean, inlcuding a newly renovated kitchen with all needed equipment. We had a nice stay and would absolutely recommend her place. Thanks for the small gift before we left, wishing you all the best!!

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, shr schnelle Antworten und hilfreiche Tipps!

Der persönliche Kontakt war hervorragend. Von der persönlichen Schüsselübergabe bis zu Rückfragen während des Aufenthaltes war der Vermieter immer für uns da. Das Haus ist super sauber und sehr groß (wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Hund). Die Küche und alle übrigen Räume waren super ausgestattet - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden das Haus definitiv wieder buchen!

Świetne miejsce, fajny basen to podstawa w upały :) do tego klimatyzacja i łazienka w każdym pokoju, ładne plaże w bliskiej okolicy. B. dobry kontakt z gospodarzami którzy są mili, pomocni, dyskretni. Polecam, z chęcią tu wrócę

Super schöne, abgelegene Unterkunft. Viele Restaurants, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Nähe und gut erreichbar. Dino ist unfassbar nett, hat sich immer schnell bei Fragen gemeldet und kam regelmäßig persönlich vorbei und hat den Pool gereinigt. Die Gegend ist für einen Trip super und wir hatten mit unserer Hündin Maya eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Besonders gut ist, dass der Pool beheizt ist und somit quasi zu jeder Jahreszeit nutzbar ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Emanuel is one of the nicest people we ever met. He is really an example of what host should act like! In addition to everything being as described, he oferred us flexible check-in, prepared gifts for us when we arrived, and also another one when we left. He is very responsive if you need anything, always ready to help. House and the garden are great, offers much more than you need in all aspects- description is spot on. In addition beaches, stores, city center are all very close, if you are slightly active, all within walking distance. In short, if you plan to come to Novigrad, Villa MOLO is a great choice. Highly recommend it.

Für uns war es perfekt. Jenachdem was jemand möchte , aber wenn Ihr einen ruhigen und abgelegenen Ort sucht, mit Garten, Pool, Tischtennis, Grillplatz und viele andere Spaßige Dinge, dann ist das Haus genau das richtige. Im Haus gibt es alles was man benötigt. Es ist groß genug mit 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, plus extra Toilette hatten wir keine Probleme. Man hat sein Ruhe und ist nicht zu weit entfernt um Unternehmungen zu starten. Das Meer is 20-30 Autominuten entfernt. Unsere Kids hatten extrem viel Spaß. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir würden es wieder tun.
