Vacation rentals with a sauna in Fažana

This is an absolute gem of a house and Iva is extremely helpful and responsive

Except for small things (poor electrical protection - the FI circuit breaker falls in certain constellations in connection with the sauna or the boiler is not sufficiently sized for bathtub and showers) really fit everything. Beautiful location overlooking the sea, beautiful equipment with bubble tub, sauna,... and friendly and accommodating landlord.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Everything was great, very flexible and friendly host, house is as wonderful as in the photos. The area is very calm and offers enaugh privacy to be able to fully relax. Highly recommending! :)

Toni and Karla's villa is a dream. In addition to a large and spacious kitchen, the guest will find four beautiful rooms, all of which invite with great amenities. In addition, there is a large saltwater pool and a hot tub, which guarantee the relaxation of the guests. The villa itself is somewhat remote, but impresses with an exposed location with great views and a quiet neighborhood. The area can be explored wonderfully with rental cars. There is plenty of parking space available for this. Toni and Karla are unparalleled hosts. They respond quickly to guest inquiries and take care of their concerns. Thanks to them, we were able to focus on the essentials while on vacation. Upon request, a wide variety of recommendations are made regarding possible activities in the surrounding area. This place is fully recommended. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay and Lana was very communicative.

Great place to stay for a larger group and exactly as described. There was even more equipment than described (e.g. towels were provided). You should know that communication is external and not via Airbnb. But everything still worked out great.

Home is a dream❤️ everything as in the photos. But there are additional costs, which is not clear from the description (ex. 30 euros a day for pool heating or 30 euros a day for an e-bike). Accommodation is very clean and really super equipped. Location beautiful. We didn't want to leave the villa. Only the tennis court is not suitable for season preparation. Unfortunately, the course is not in perfect condition for tournament players.
