Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this cottage in all inclusive formula is ideal to go green! Longère percheronne on one level: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove - wood provided, sofa bed 2 pers.
