The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Built in wood with many large windows that make the house very bright and open. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with shower, nice kitchen and spacious living room. 12 minutes from Ebeltoft town and child-friendly beaches, 5 minutes from Reepark, 35 minutes to Djurs Sommerland and 30 minutes to Greenaa. In the countryside, close to everything. Here you can you relax and enjoy nature. The home is located in the east wing of a farm. The old barn has been recently renovated, the exposed beams and lattice windows show the history of the house. There is walking distance to Feldballe and the eco-village Friland. You can hike towards Mols mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra can sleep in the loft. There is NO TV or WiFi.
