There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The old barn has been recently renovated, the exposed beams and lattice windows show the history of the house. There is walking distance to Feldballe and the eco-village Friland. You can hike towards Mols mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra can sleep in the loft. There is NO TV or WiFi.

The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
