There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and the fire in the wood stove. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The old barn has been recently renovated, the exposed beams and lattice windows show the history of the house. There is walking distance to Feldballe and the eco-village Friland. You can hike towards Mols mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra can sleep in the loft. There is NO TV or WiFi.

Nyd solnedgangen over marken eller slå dig ned i en af havens mange hyggelige kroge. Her er 1½ km til toppen af Trehøje og få km til gode bademuligheder mod både øst, vest og syd.

The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
