My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (district of Feldkirchen). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 minutes by car or 20–25 minutes on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 minutes by car) provide train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. The IHK Akademie Westerham is a 5-minute drive away.

Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Located in a quiet village, the 2.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It has a large garden and is an ideal base for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.
