Great stay. Ruben was a great host. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well located. Easy parking.

We were seduced by this exotic, quiet and beautiful place! From the accommodation to the outdoor facilities, everything was great! our 11 and 6 year old children also enjoyed the place. Great hospitality from the host, we already know in advance that we will be back!!

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The building and the apartment appear to be recently renovated, so everything is new, functioning, and clean. I liked the location and the view, the terrace, just about everything. Sandra was a great host. She even took time out of her Sunday to come to the apartment and show me how to get the washing machine going. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend the apartment.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and responsive. We had a delightful wine tasting. They set up a taxi to take us to town and told us where to have dinner. The small village was extremely charming, we had a great dinner and our taxi driver was waiting to take us back after. The room and property were top notch. the only minor issue we had and it may be our fault, is we were further away from the Douro Valley than we thought. The directions were correct, but I missed my turn into the property, it isnt much of a road and it sneaks up on you. It would be challenging to find at night. But in the end, we were extremely pleased with our experience and very glad we stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!!

This place is beautiful, very clean, the location is great. The building is stone and very old and sturdy. You can walk to a few good restaurants in the neighborhood or walk to the mall and historic downtown. It’s right next to a hospital and is in a high traffic area but the sounds were almost comforting to me. Like white noise. Staying alone, I preferred that to the quote of the countryside. The design of the loft is a thing of beauty, but the stairs would be hard to navigate for the elderly. The only issue I had was during my arrival at night the first day I was there. They provide great visual instructions but the driveway is right after a curve and it’s up a curb. Not like a driveway in the USA. It’s dark and you would not expect to go up a sidewalk curb to enter the driveway. It was not problem once I figured it out but again, at night it was hard to fine.

We stayed 2 days, and were very well spent! João and Débora always responded very quickly to our messages, and our stay went very well. The apartment is beautiful, the pool is also beautiful, and you can clear away from the chaos that is living in the city! As for the cleaning, it was very clean, we just give the note that on the shower floor it is noted that there are many marks of humidity, perhaps insist more on this area :) Thank you and no doubt we will be back!

Clean, comfy place in a great location. Right in the historic center but on a quiet side street. Ivone was a warm and helpful host. Would definitely come back.

This was a dream vacation - we had just moved to Portugal and spent 2 weeks getting setup. We wanted a quiet week as a family to rest before school started. This place was perfect: perched on a mountainside in the middle of vines, the space was quiet, peaceful and beautifully designed and appointed. Paulo, the husband, is an architect who refurbishes vintage designer furniture. Teyna, the wife, is an amazing chef. Her breakfasts (included) we delicious and the dinners they offer in their adjoining restaurant and well crafted and tasty. Their place is pet friendly - we brought our dog, and they have a dog, two cats and two birds. We did outings to Porto, nearby Roman ruins, historic villages and swam in the rivers running through them. It was delightful.

António and Suzana are great hosts. Susana was super helpful and responsive, welcoming and the house was spotless! There was always help on hand. 100% recommended

Villa Seara, a hamlet of peace and beauty, nestled at the bottom of a valley, its centuries-old church that gently marks time. Sofia and Martin are not ordinary hosts, they share their passions for their vineyard and the fabulous wine they get from it. We left a little sad, but with new friends, and the desire to return to this unparalleled pastoral comfort! Thanks Sofia and Martin!

Very nice accommodation with all you may need to spend a few days there

Accommodation exactly as in the photos, quiet location, practical for being a few meters from a market and other points of interest. About 10 minutes by car to the center of Guimarães. Self check-in was super practical and with the password we had access to the safe with the keys. The house was extremely clean and the central heating was certainly a differential, providing the necessary thermal comfort on the coldest days we were there. When we arrived at the site, the house was already heated! The kitchen is well equipped and served us beyond our expectations. The garage accommodates a large car well, as it has a table for socializing. It's a great family accommodation. If you are looking for tranquility with comfort, this is the ideal space.

Set in a very beautiful and calm village, the space is wonderful, very welcoming surroundings and a host concerned about the host's well-being. The house is modern, clean, with lots of light and with recent materials. All very clean and careful. The bathroom is very good, with warm water for everyone and towels to be described. They can eat in the kitchen and eat on site, just like they were at home. It has TV with all channels and super fast and intuitive WiFi to call. Account value. I recommend to any family who want to relax and spend a good stay.

Casa da Ponte de Espindo is the perfect place to spend a weekend of rest in a quiet and beautiful place. The house is beautifully decorated and with all the things we needed for everyday life. It was very clean. Tiago was very flexible both at check in and out, and always very responsive, worried and attentive in messages. The fact that you accept pets is a huge bonus! The swimming pool and all the outdoor space is beautiful! We love :)

place and nice and central. host is very nice and responsive. generally I recommend this place. only thing that must be improved is the light in the corridor outside the flat, I stumbled once in the dark and this can be dangerous.

The house is very nicely prepared, clean and nice. The terrace and pool are shared with other tourist apartments and is very well equipped.

Ludo is an exceptional host, friendly and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and stylish with a lovely terrace and handy for transport to the centre. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here - the space was beautiful and clean, and only a 15/20 minute walk from everything so was the perfect location, Nuno was very helpful and provided lots of information and clear instructions etc. We had an amazing time in Porto, would 100% visit again and stay in Nino's Airbnb again!!

The apartment has a great location, and although it is in the center, there is no noise. It was clean and ready to welcome us. With all amenities. João, from the beginning, proved to be completely available for whatever was necessary during our stay. I have to thank the couple once again for letting us make their corner, ours too. I recommend it 100% 👌

The accomodation was relly nice and well equiped, close to the main atrractions and the host was receptive. It is a good option to choose for a few days visit in Porto.

Rodrigo was a very attentive host. Suggested sights to visit and great restaurants. We did have an issue with no hot water Wednesday night and contacted Rodrigo. After to trying to reset the heater, and no luck he had a service technician along with himself at the unit at 5pm the next day. The technician could not repair the hot water heater and said he had to order a new board, needless to say he was unable to get the part before our checkout on Saturday. The issue was not Rodrigo’s fault as we know these things happen, however no hot water for 3days is a major inconvenience. Rodrigo was very apologetic and offered us a “fair” compensation for our inconvenience. I assume it will be processed through Airbnb. Our host Rodrigo was an attentive, friendly and a nice person. His home was extremely comfortable for 3 adults and would definitely recommend it.
