FeWo mitten in Waiblingen

In unserer gemütlichen Dachwohnung erwarten wir Dich sehr gern. Wir sind ein sehr weltoffenes Ehepaar und interessiert an allem Neuen. Auch in Englisch können wir gern mit unseren Gästen reden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, das Zentrum ist ca. 250 m entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen nach Stuttgart, Remstal. In den diesen Pandemiezeiten halten wir uns sehr genau an die geltenden Regeln und Vorschriften. Wir reinigen, waschen und desinfizieren alles nach Vorschrift.

The fine small apartment with its 25 square meters offers a bed that can be pushed open as a double bed, a desk, a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet and central location. The Waiblingen S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away, so you can be in Stuttgart in 17 minutes. Waiblingen is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful Rems Valley.

A 1.5 room apartment with a total of 4 beds is rented. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall, but without a door! A small balcony invites you to relax. (Balcony furniture only from April-Sept) The apartment is located 800 m from Fellbacher Bahnhof with direct S-Bahn connection towards Cannstatter Wasen and Stuttgart city center.

The approximately 85sqm apartment is in the center of Fellbach, known for its wines and congresses. The apartment offers everything you need to feel good. The central location offers both proximity to nature and easy access to Stuttgart.

Our NESTle is a small, cozy, comfortable apartment to feel good. A pretty one-room apartment in a quiet location with its own terrace and view of the countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor. In about 7 minutes you are on foot in the center of Fellbach (market hall, town hall, ...) and at the U-Bahn [subway] direction Stuttgart.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Fantastic location very close to the city centre in a quiet street. All amenities of the daily life are within a 5 minutes walk. Good train and bus connections close by. The town hall, conference centre and the music school are next to it.
