Monthly Rentals in Fenham

It’s an amazing place to stay for long term. I stayed there for almost 5 weeks. Great location, you can grab the bus from netherby drive which is a 5 min walk. It was peaceful. Great kitchen and amenities that were provided were more then sufficient for the stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed on a Saturday / Sunday night and it was absolutely perfect for a weekend stay. A lot of reviews mention noise from the street below but despite it being bang in the centre on a weekend, the noise wasn’t even that bad and I’m from the middle of nowhere where the street is silent all day and night. Not once did I get woken up during the night. For the price you truly can’t get better. Truly the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever had too! Don’t let any negative reviews put you off. Everywhere else in the city on a weekend was double to triple the price of this Airbnb so you really can’t complain.

Rod and Laura’s place was awesome! Super clean, comfy, and had everything I needed — felt just like home. The bed was really comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short drive to town. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

The property was perfect - well maintained and clean. It is also very well equipped and comfortable, and ideal for a family. Arun was a super responsive host. Situated on a quiet street off West Road, it is a perfectly located for public transporting easy access to the centre of Newcastle. Highly recommended.
