Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Perfect for the extended family or friends who want nature, tranquility and plenty of space. Swimming, campfire, cross-country skiing, fishing, berry and mushroom picking and walks on beautiful gravel roads – only two hours from Oslo. From Varildgården there are great day trips to Charlottenberg, swimming or skiing in Torsby, Badeland and Selma Lagerlöf's spa in Sunne or a trip to Rotneros park. Hiking, cross-country skiing and swimming locally.

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

Villa Granhede - lakeside location with jacuzzi, fireplace, etc.

In the wilderness of Lekvattnet is Villa Granhede with a wonderful location with its own lake plot and dock at Lekvattnetsjön. Here you can (with extra supplement) swim in a jacuzzi. Or burn in the fire pit just down by the lake, fish at the house or in one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike the 7 trail about 10 km from the cabin. In winter you can go sledding directly on the plot, ice skating or fishing for ice fishing! Or ski on lighted ski tracks a few kilometers from the house. And there are vast snowmobile trails all around!

Nearby are two nature and cultural hiking trails. Road E45 2 km. 4 km to the city center with grocery stores, Torsby ski tunnel, Torsby bathhouse and Torsby hospital. 3 km to the golf course. 20 km to Hovfjället. 60 km to Branäs. The accommodation is not handicapped accessible as all 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two steps down to the bathroom.

Directly outside the cottage, there are opportunities for biking, hiking or running. For those interested in golf, it is 4 km to Torsby's golf course. In winter, there are great opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

The house overlooks Lake Övre Brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room has high ceilings with a kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim, fish or cycle. In the autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. In winter, there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.
