Apartamento Carmen II "Ferrol"

Spectacular duplex in a stately building completely renovated since the eighteenth century located in the heart of the central neighborhood of La Magdalena. The apartment preserves the original wooden beams and the magnificent wooden galleries - the epitome of the city - from which you can enjoy the Canton of Molins, a fabulous avenue full of magnolias and other pioneering species in Galicia, as a "floating garden". The accommodation has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed, and one with a bay window with two twin beds. It also has two bathrooms fully equipped with shower trays; full kitchen with appliances and utensils and open concept living room with TV and WiFi. A very special accommodation, from which to enjoy the city and the charms of the modernist footprint. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This home has heating using radiators that are enabled from November to April. By calling for responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months oscillate between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available in two time slots: one morning and the other afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that oscillates between 18º and 20º C. The maximum ignition time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours a day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose their operating hours based on their living habits. It is important to understand that heating a home like ours (150 sq. meters) is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room type stay (15 sq. meters).

One step away from the house there are two protected beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and just 15 minutes from the surfer paradise just 15 minutes away. 2.8 km away by car is the village of La Graña, where there are bars and just 15 min. by car is Ferrol with supermarkets, pharmacies or any other need. San Felipe is famous for its castle, which can be visited for free.

It does not have a kitchen although it has a sink and has a refrigerator, microwave, Airfryer, toaster, coffee maker and kitchenware. Spacious bath with shower Towels and linens are provided. The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the train and bus station, a short walk to a Mercadona supermarket and a tourism office.
