Monthly Rentals in Filettole

Roberto welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained and showed us everything we needed to know very well. The flexible check-in was great as we didn't know when we were arriving. If we plan to stay in this area again, we will gladly book with Roberto again. Thanks for the nice, albeit short, time with you.

We are group of 14 including kids. We had an excellent and unique experience at House number 1. The space is comfortable enough for the whole group. If we have chance to visit again Tuscany, we look forward to staying in Federigo‘s place. Thank you for welcoming us!

The property is incredibly cozy and lovingly decorated and very clean. As a welcome, water, juice, and small snacks were provided. In general, a lot of useful little things are offered, which goes beyond the expected level (various types of coffee, extra blankets, shower gel, cotton pads, shower hoods, even perfume). Sara gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything and was always immediately available for questions. There are screens in front of the windows in the bedroom, which is great for the mosquitoes. Due to Sara's description, the place was very easy to find and you can park right in front of it.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.
