We had a perfect stay at this place! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The quiet and pleasant place, perfect for relaxing. The host was very welcoming, responsive and attentive throughout the stay. The location is ideal, not far from Lake Annecy. I recommend 100% and will come back without hesitation

We had a pleasant stay at Menthon St Bernard. Very well appointed and optimized, well decorated, as per the photos and description. Ideal location, quiet, close to the lake, and all shops and activities (pedal boat, bike etc.), Annecy is just a few minutes away by car or bike. Friendly and available host. We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

The accommodation is top notch! It has everything you need like at home. The view is nice and the location is perfect for shopping, eating, or getting some fresh air. It's true that the couch tends to sag but apparently it will be changed. Host is very responsive. Good value for money.
