We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment, with bleached oak, hard wood floor and under floor heating. It is a fantastic, light and relaxing space with 3 meter bifold doors with integrated blinds, that fully open out onto a shared court yard with our house. There are large electric velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
“Perfect for our stay in Bristol! Gaby very helpful and was able to answer any queries we had about the property. We were very impressed with this quirky little place and were impressed by the features in the property. We found check in/out very easy and would definitely be staying again if in the area. 👍🏼”
This well kept self contained one bedroom annex with lounge/kitchen access to a garden and parking for one car. It is in a great village location based only 10 minutes walk to Bristol Parkway train station, close to the mall, MOD, rolls Royce, UWE and southmead hospital. We are also close to M32 M5 and M4. Bristol city centre is 20 mins by car without traffic. Please note there are electric heaters but no central heating but we have had no problems with this. WiFi included.
“A clean and smart space with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is handy for the local buses and near to Bristol Parkway Station. There is off-road parking. The cottage is very private and secluded, being in the garden of the main house. Despite only having electric wall heaters the space was very cosy despite us being there the weekend of a Storm Ciara. The electric blanket on the bed was a lovely treat. We have stayed here on three occasions and will definitely be booking again.”
A cottage style end of terrace property, a little out of the city but with good bus routes - travel time 30-45 minutes to city centre - the area is semi-rural NB: I have introduced a number of safety measures to ensure a COVID safe environment for all guests - Government restrictions state potential guests arriving in the UK requiring to self-isolate for 14 days cannot share communal areas with other guests - this can be achieved if both rooms listed are booked and is therefore a prerequisite
“Was pleasantly surprised as I was met with a shower and basin in the room, as well as a kettle with tea and coffee. Ended up falling ill, and spent a day with a man cold - was as comfy as I would have been at home. Great location to my office, parking is simple and host is great with communication.”
