Welcome to our guest home on the farm with nature and the farm's life around the corner. The farm is located next to Påarp where you can get into Helsingborg by train. By car, you can take you in ten minutes either into the city of Helsingborg, a beach on Råå or to Vasatorps golf course. In this home you rent the entire ground floor of the house with access to a fully equipped fresh kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a patio with barbecue possibilities. A few minutes walk takes you to beautiful Maryhill Estate which offers restaurant & pool club. From the property it is also close to several golf courses & beautiful hiking trails!

Now you have the chance to relax and thrive in a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a breathtaking 180 degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona center. You will be staying in a nice newly renovated room with small kitchen and own bathroom. In the room there is a comfortable double bed as well as, if necessary access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel cot for a smaller child.

Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. The house is located in a located and culture protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge BUT costs SEK2/hour 24/7. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is about 74 sqm, divided into a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which is a sofa bed. The farm lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.
