Lovely newly renovated apartment close to nice condition and swimming opportunities. Located in quiet surroundings with lovely outdoor amenities. Close to all the sights of Djursland, Randers and Aarhus, good fishing opportunities in the coastal areas as well as long bike paths along the sea. In the forests around the apartment there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping possibilities within 5 to 10 minutes drive depending on which grocery store is chosen.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Apartment on the 1st floor with only 250 m to the water's edge. The apartment has a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Free coffee and tea. Lovely large bathroom and large, bright room with bed and table where you can sit and enjoy many different games. When you arrive, the apartment is ready for you with clean bed linen and towels. 500 m to barbecue, ice cream, and fish shop. 2 km to pizza. 13 km to Djurs Sommerland. Charging of the electric car or the like is not allowed. Possibility to rent paddleboards.

There is private access by private road to quiet and lovely sandy beach with good bathing conditions and possibility of walking and fishing from the beach. Ball games and play are available on site. There is direct access to the apartment from parking in the courtyard. The apartment is handicap accessible. There are good biking opportunities from the place along the coast.
